[Plugin: Theme My Login] Can not redirect first time log in

Dear Jeff,
I like this plugin, but have some question:
1. How can I redirect my new member at first log in NOT to sent him to profile page?
I tried independently to delete profile in user link, change custom redirection, enable and disable Themed Profile and no result.
2. How can I hide the profile link? I deleted it in User Link, but it is still there.
3. How can I reduce the amount of the information fields in Profile? (Example: I don’t need AIM, Yahoo IM, Jabber… and don’t want the user to change the color scheme…)
4. The Profile fields appear in page and in sidebar too. In page it looks good but in sidebar it has no enough space. Can I choose to show and ask them in page only?
