[Plugin: Theme My Login] Permalink usage

This plugin automaticly create a page named “login”.. please check login page in your pages list by admin login.

Hmm, is that really what happens? I do see the Permalink that i set working as a URL, but i do not see it literally added as a new Page in wp-admin>pages.

For example, in the Permalinks settings, i set Profile to “foo”. Then when i view https://site.com/foo/, I see the User Profile page on the front-end of my site. However i do not see “foo” listed under wp-admin>pages.

The same think is happening with register. Although I am setting the permalink of the register to be the https://www.blogurl.com/register/ when I click the register button in the widget is redirecting to https://www.blogurl.com/?action=register&instance=1
The url standalone is working as well
I am using WP Ver 3.4.1 and Theme Mylogin Version 6.2.1

I’m not sure if I understood these posts, or the Custom Permalinks feature itself, right. Is there a way to make the Profile page be found at the URL example.com/profile/?

I have a similar problem too. No matter what I set the permalinks to, the register or forgot password urls are always pointing to the_current_url?action=register&instance=1 or action=lostpassword&instance=1 where the_current_url is the page I am when I click on the links. Bassicaly it does not redirect to the permalinks.

TML 6.2.3 creates a single page, namely “Login”, that handles all other actions depending on the action query param. The permalinks settings simply let you assign permalinks for those actions. So, if you put register for the register action, it is really going to /login?action=register, although the links should be /register.
