[Plugin: Theme Preview] Persistent theme on following pages?

I have found this plug-in to be useful when showing the front page. But when the user click on a link, button on the page it will go back to the original theme. If I include the querystring in every link, it will work, but I may be changing to write code do to this.
Does anyone have a solution or am I missing something?
