[Plugin: ThemeFuse Maintenance Mode] Not Working

I ahve the plugin installed and settings completed but nothing shows on the site. I have cleared all cashes and anything else I can find. I have downloaded the latest version I can find but still not working.
I use Firefox as my browser and windows xp home as my os.
