• I use the ‘Private Internet Access’ VPN to set my city to London, UK. The ‘WooCommerce Currency Switcher’ plugin is behaving correctly by changing the currency to GBP, but the ‘Custom Content by Country’ plugin still thinks I’m in the U.S. (same problem happens when I switch the country to Australia or Canada).

    What to do?

There’s a development mode option – hit that one on.

Thanks, but I’m still not seeing the flags in the header area at the very top of the page that I should be seeing. It should be different for UK, US and AUS: https://allglamping.com/

Developer mode is already on and it’s still not working. Is there something wrong with my code? (This is in a widget.)

The code for UK is actually ‘gb’ I believe.

What are the results of [CBC_COUNTRY/]? Have you tried completely clearing all your cookies for the site?

Hi. Did you get to the bottom of this? I’m just testing the plugin and so far everyone is in the US. It’s exactly what I need so would be great to get it working. Thanks ??

Using the same plugin on my sites I am detected (correctly) as being in the United Kingdom, but in the US on your site. So this means something isn’t correct on your site.

Are you sure you’re not using a caching plugin, and do you have development mode turned on?
