[Plugin: ThreeWP Email Reflector] WP Cron with UNIX Cron

Hi,

sometimes the WP Cron for collecting all active Lists doesn’t work.
I have a UNIX Cron which calls my site every hour and the WP Cron isn’t activated. I see sometimes a delay over 12 hours (my lists have to be collected each 15 min and the WP cron is set up as all 5 min).
When I press “Collect all active Lists” the list are collected correct.

I saw in your FAQ that i have to set the WP cron one minute less then my UNIX cron. But this doesn’t work either.

Is there a way that I can trigger this manual collection by a UNIX cron?
Is there a URL for this, where you don’t have to be logged in as administartor?
