Plugin throwing fatal error

I was about to try out your plugin, but upon activation it triggered a fatal error like this:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /www/htdocs/w011a15a/wp-content/plugins/access/access.php on line 12Can you help me out on this :)?
