[Plugin: Timed Content] Bug when setting timer to 08:30

Found an interesting bug when going through some of my pages – whenever I set the client-side timer to 08:30, the content shows/hides after 30 seconds. It’s as though the timer is treating the “8” as a “0”. I just changed these times to 07:30 to get around it for now, but found it interesting!
