[Plugin: TinyMCE Excerpt] Have you ever tried to fix that bug

There is a bug with plugins enabling the TinyMCE in the Excerpt area (see description below). I was wondering if you are aware of it and if you would have a fix?
description of the bug:
I go to edit a page or edit a post
I switch to Html View
I then leave that editing page to go to All Post (post is important, it does not do it with pages)
Open a Post for editing.
At that point several thing happen:
1) the Tiny MCE is gone from the excerpt Area
2) In the main editing window the active Tab is Html, but the content does not actually show the Html characters
3) If I click on the Visual tab, it does not switch, and the html Characters appear in the window

At that point, the way to unlock the situation is to go back to editing a PAGE. and then I can switch back to Visual normally.
