Plugin to add standard text while creating posts in category

Hi!
Do you know if there is a plugin in order to add a standard text in every post that is created in a certain category? I try to explain: I want that once I create a post in a certain category, it appears a standard text. For example in a page called Projects, every post must begin with:

Name of the project:
Date:
Author:
Year:
