Plugin to allow anyone to write posts?

I’m looking for a plugin that will allow anyone to write a post (not just a comment) and submit it as a draft for moderation. Optimally it would be a form with fields for title and body, but simpler than the WP editor page (e.g., no formatting buttons, etc.). At the moment, I’m taking submissions via email, but the cutting-and-pasting is tedious.
