Plugin: to allow users to upload benchmark scores

I am looking for a plugin that allows my readers to upload scores to the site. Something similar to this. https://hwbot.org/

It doesn’t have to be as robust as the system in this site, but I want people to be able to login, upload scores and have a leader board.
