Plugin to allow visitors make post and rate content with starts 4-5 categories

  • Hi, I’m looking for plugin to allow visitors make post and rate content with starts 4-5 categories.

    E.g. visitor can leave comment on the product review but should also be able to pick and rate custom set parameters, e.g.: effectiveness, results, price, in 5 star system?

    All I was able to find where some ratings for the post but in essence I want visitors to post their comment and include their ratings with every comment.
