Plugin To Automate Post Dating

Can someone point me to, or create, a plugin that will throttle the publishing of posts. It’s time consuming to keep setting post dates.

I have a viral links blog which I update once a day with many new posts. If I don’t want them all posted within the short time it takes me to create them, I have to post date each one of them.

I would love a plugin to help me throttle my posts. Say, I could set it to publish new posts no sooner than X hours since the last published post.

Of coarse, for posts I want published immediately, regardless of the throttle settings, I should be able to override the plugin.

I don’t know why this doesn’t exist already, but I wish it did. Seems useful for many people.
