Plugin to automatically break up image folders

  • I am having terrible latency issues with my wordpress and I believe the problem is I have several image folders containing product images with over 10,000 or 20,000 images within them. I need a plugin that with automatically breakup these folders into 1000 images per folder and resync them with wordpress. Is there anything out there like this? Thank you for your help!

  • I don’t have an answer to your specific question.

    But I’m wondering… if these are publicly displayed product images (I was blocked from your site so I have no idea what site you run)… why don’t solve this problem completely by offloading the entire media library to a CDN or external storage like S3?
