Plugin to change publish date on edit/save

I am looking for a way to have the publish date of a post update every time a post is edited. When I open an old post, edit it, and save it, I want the publish date to be updated.

I’ve had a look around for plugins and function but not found a solution.

Any help would be appreciated.
