Plugin to create page of brief text blocks

I am looking for a plugin that will:
Allow me to input brief blocks of text
Resize the text font based on the character count
While maintaining a symmetrical square for each block of text
Bonus, these square could be hyperlinked upon clicking.

i.e., an effect like Google Keep has, where text is resized based on the character count, each block of inputted content is kept separate, and these blocks are all fitted automatically on the page.

This would be similar to what, for instance, Justified Image Grid does with images.

If someone has an alternate means than a plugin to achieve this, feel free to let me know (understanding that coding is not my forté)
