plugin to generate iframe embed code and video player

Hey guys. I need a plug in that will not only play mov files, but can also generate embed codes. if i try to use plugins that have wordpress shortcodes in my theme it doesn’t work. It only seems to work with embed codes i get from places like youtube. Instead I just want to play the videos i’ve uploaded to the website.

Any thoughts?
