• Hello there,

I was wondering if anyone knows of a plugin or other method where users can fill out a form and the result is that they are sent to specific content based on how they fill out the form.

For example (I’m a teacher)… say I’m a grade 7 kid and its the night before an assignment is due. I want to get the sheet I need to complete it but that darn dog ate it. I go to my teacher’s web site (aka my website) but I can’t find what I’m looking for.

However, since my teacher is smarter than the average bear he has included a nifty form that asks me:

Question 1: What grade are you in?

    (I select grade 7)

Question 2: Several options are selectable here via radio button
    1. Are you missing an important paper?
    2. Do you not know how to complete an assignment?
    3. Are you missing a grading rubric?

    (I select option 1)

Question 3: What unit / Chapter are you in?

    I select unit 3

Then I hit enter and I am whisked away to a page that has exactly the content I am looking for…

So, does anything like this exist? I was looking in the “form” plugins and custom search plugins but I didn’t see anything that looks like this. If this type of plugin doesn’t exist I can imagine that such a plugin would be awesome and very useful for more than just teachers when users are trying to find specific content on large sites. Please send me a free copy! ??
