Plugin to import product data to create a product page, but not to sell?

Not sure how exactly to ask for this… or if it exists.

We want to list our products on our site, but we don’t want the ability for customers to order the product. We just want to be able to create a CSV file with product name, product specifications, and image of the product and “import” it, and have it create a product page with a table of the attributes, and an image of the product. We’re not interested in selling the product or showing prices, just the product’s picture and attributes. If customers want the product they will have to call to order, as it’s entirely too custom to sell online (it’s for a fabric company).

Is this possible with WordPress and a plugin? I’m thinking it may be possible with something like WP e-Commerce? And maybe just taking out the code for prices, disabling the shopping cart (if possible). I see that you can import products from CSV in WP e-Commerce. Does anyone know of a different, simpler method, or is this pretty much our only option?
