Plugin to insert content from check box

I was wondering if there is a plugin that i can completely control in wordpress that would allow me to check a box in a post, and have it output the value.

For example:

I’ve created the value on an admin screen of a text link’s name and hyperlink, upon checking that off on the post it inserts the hyperlink.
