Plugin to let user tag

I am looking for a plugin to let the user tag a post and “count” the tags… It’s a bit like rating, but with multiple possibilities.

So I could predefine a list of tags like “good”, “bad”, “useful”, “direct result in my work”, “i want more”, “please stop”.

The post will show something like: 912: good, 5: bad, etc.

Of course, a user could click on “good” and “bad” and it will increment both, but we cannot always resolve PEBCAK…
