plugin to manage policy, claim and grievance

  • sir,
    i am working in a project where my client sells policies and settles claims and grievances against those policies.
    I am a new to WordPress and my level of knowledge is limited to using the plugins.

    I am trying to figure out which free plugins to use for this. I want to search and serve policies of a user and accept claims and determine his claim status, maintain a record of all the grievance and resolution.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. i would also try to help others if i am able to.
