Plugin to mirror PDF file from another website and insert into page

    So i run a website that covers religious persecution and a newspaper PDF is daily uploaded onto another website which is banned in Pakistan.

    What i want to do is mirror that e-newspaper’s PDF onto my website so people can read it. Now i was wondering if there is anything that would automatically mirror the pdf onto my wordpress site at certain time of the day and then add the link of the PDF uploaded onto my site into a wordpress page that i have setup specifically for this purpose.

    Right now i have to manually download the PDF save to my computer and then reupload it onto my website and then insert that link into the page to have the PDF show up.
