Plugin to output printable document

  • (Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but ten minutes of searching has not found anyway for me to post anywhere else in the site. Either I’m an idiot or the navigation here is impossible.)

    I’m trying to find a way to have a document that the user can fill in personal information and then print out. It has fields for name, address, and various other details and outputs a finished document.

    In a docx file, you can use content controls to get the effect, but WordPress won’t allow me to upload a docx file.

    Ideally, the client would be able to fill in a form and that data would populate a document that can then be printed or saved.

    (If anyone could explain how I can navigate to various forums and ask in them, too, that would be nice. I can’t seem to do that right now.)
