Plugin to post to Facebook group?

  • I would like a plugin that fits the following if one is available:-

    1) Can cross post from my WordPress site onto a public Facebook group that I am an admin of.

    2) Will cross post to Facebook as the user who made the post on my WordPress site if they logged in with their Facebook credentials

    3) Can cross post to Facebook as a generic/anonymous user if the person who made the post on my site does not have a Facebook login.

    If anyone can point me in the direction of such a plugin, I would be most grateful.
