Plugin to prevent email harvesting from PDF docs?

I searched the archives but found nothing on this. Might have missed it, though.

Is there a plugin that prevents spambots from harvesting email addresses in PDF documents posted on a WordPress site, the way the “Email Address Encoder” plugin alters email addresses in WordPress pages in an effort to make them less harvestable? If not with a plugin, through some other means? (Scanning to create PDF from images results in overly large PDF docs)
