Plugin to Unpublish and Set Redirect

  • Good afternoon all,

    I am wondering if someone might be able to point me in the right direction, I am looking for a plugin that can help me unpublish specific posts at a given date, but also set a 301 redirect once they are unpublished to another page.

    The end use case I have for this is a specific section of my website that I use to post special offers and things like that, these usually have an expiry date but it would be great to be able to specify the date they should become unpublished and then after that date redirect people who visit that page to another page that says you are reaching this page because the offer has likely expired, but here are some more general discounts that may be of use.

    I am asking in here if anyone is aware of something like that that exists in a plugin because I can find some plugins that unpublish on a date, or plugins that do 301 redirects but I can’t really find anything that seems to do both (or possibly I am looking for the wrong phrases).

    Conditional Blocks is a Gutenberg add-on which allows you to put time-based conditions on any block.

    With this, you can create a series of blocks to be displayed in sequence that will disappear as you’ve schedule them to.
