Plugin to view or preview .pdf documents?

Hello!

I’m working on a project that needs a .pdf protection mechanism. Something that would allow to view the .pdf document, but wouldn’t allow it to be downloaded.

I have found a plugin that does this – Scribd

But are there any different ones that might be better?!
If you know such ones, please post them here, i would be really greatful!
