[Plugin: Toolbox] “The page isn't redirecting properly” when trying to view attachment page

I keep getting the infinite redirect error when I try to view attachment pages. It has nothing to do with plugins because even when they are all disabled, the problem persists.

I found out it has to do with the Toolbox 1.4 framework theme. When I switch to TwentyEleven, the attachment pages work. I did not modify the Toolbox 1.4 theme. I am using a child theme and both my child theme and the parent theme has the same problem.
