[Plugin: Top Quark Architecture] Can't view menu page

    Hi, I just downloaded and activated both TopQuark Architecture and TopQuark Conference plugin, but although the TopQuark menu comes up on my main admin bar, and I can see the drop-down menu from it, when I go to access the menu page to start using the plugin, all I get is a blank page to the right of the main admin bar where the menu page should be, with this address in the address bar (which I presume must be correct)
    https://localhost:8888/wp-admin/admin.php?page=topquark
    and if I try to click through to access anything from the TopQuark dropdown menu, the entire screen goes blank,

    Why is it not loading for me? I’m pretty sure all the files are where they should be, as they are as they came when I downloaded them.

    Please help!

    Ah, it seems that pages from the dropdown menu are only blank in safari. In Chrome, it suggests that the page is configured incorrectly, but it’s configured exactly as I downloaded it :-S

    Can you let me know what version of WordPress you’re on? It might be a version issue.

    Hi Trevor, thanks for getting back to me. I’m using the most recent version (3.4.1) – saw it hadn’t been tested but thought I’d take a punt as it looks perfect for what I need.
    Will the plugin be updated any time soon?
    Any suggestions as to how I can fix it?

    Hi Phoenix,

    Apologies for the delay in responding. Please upgrade the Top Quark architecture to version 2.1.2. I believe I’ve solved the blank screen issue. Please let me know.

    Yes! It’s working now, thank you.
    Now that it’s working however, I can’t figure out how to post the program-bio information. how does it work? I want to have a bio page AND a paper abstract, but the papers themselves are being presented within sessions so I can’t break up the information like that. Any signposts would be grand, ta.
