[Plugin: TopUp Plus] Another Useless, Informationless Plugin for Video Lightbox

Trying to find a simple “lightbox””video box” popup plugin to have a video popup on a homepage onload or with a click … everyone I have tried contains NO implementation instructions and forums/plugin sits are in something other than English making it nearly impossible on how to figure out the plugin.

The point of a “plugin” is that you plug it in and it works … logically. As you can tell I am very frustrated.
