[Plugin: Trackable Social Share Icons] Facebook Share button and like button

Hi I am having problems with getting this plugin to work on our blog.
The share and like buttons work only on certain posts.When the Facbook Share button is clicked I get a pop up box that shares the link for wp-login.
Twitter and Tumblr works fine.When I click the ‘Like’ button the button doesn’t stay highlighted as it should.
Please have a look.
