[Plugin: Trackable Social Share Icons] Facebook Share Custom Excerpt/Descriction

I’m currently display icons below post excerpts. I’d like to include the excerpt in the facebook share. That is, when somebody shares the post on facebook, the article excerpt will be in the share description. It would also be nice to have a thumbnail image included. Does anybody know how to do this :)?
