[Plugin: Trackable Social Share Icons] Incompatible with Windows server?

Hi,
I downloaded your plugin for our site but in the settings the icon images are missing and even if I choose one to see what happens the plugin doesn’t appear when I test the site. We’re using a Windows server. Help!https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/trackable-social-share-icons/
