[Plugin: Trackable Social Share Icons] Shortcode doesn't work on pages

I’m using trackable share icons on posts on my site, but there is one page where I want to include them as well. When I put the shortcode on that page, nothing happens. If I put it in a post, it works just fine. Am I missing a setting somewhere?
