[Plugin: Trackable Social Share Icons] the_content displays "share this"

  • I was having a problem with our excerpt not all of the text on the top of our magazine issue pages, so I changed the_excerpt() to the_content() and it now displays the entire content of the excerpt, but it also shows “share this” and all the social icons. How do I prevent this from happening? I already deselected the Pages option, but it still appears. Only when I deselect posts, does it disappear, but then of course it’s been removed from all pages and posts in the website.

  • I’m experiencing the same problem.

    The only way I could get it to even show up on the pages, period, was to choose Category & Archive in the settings.

    This is the only plugin I’ve found that visually does what I’m looking to accomplish but doesn’t really work to any advantage at all.

    Is anyone able to help us with these problems??
