[Plugin: Trackable Social Share Icons] Wrong URL when sharing homepage on Facebook

New site at https://www.fleetwoodbac.com
The Facebook share button at the bottom of the homepage shares the url
https://www.fleetwoodbac.com/QhYdM/
instead of just
https://www.fleetwoodbac.comTwitter shares correctly on that page. All the other pages share on Facebook correctly.
I can’t work out where on earth the /QhYdM/ is coming from. I’ve never entered that weird series of characters anywhere! It looks a bit like a date string, doesn’t it? Mystified.
Where is the plugin getting it from? All help very gratefully received.
