Plugin Translation

    Created po and mo language files but they don’t work. The plugin simply does not see them.
    The files were created by Poedit by analyzing plugin php files in plugin/template translation mode.
    I have several questions:

    1. What should be the exact name of the translation files?
    2. Where should the translation files be located? In the plugin language folder or language folder for CMS plugin translations?
    3. Why can’t the plugin see the translation files?
