I’m dealing with WordPress translations, but am NOT in any way related to this plugin. I’d like to offer a comment here.
Based on https://translate.www.ads-software.com/projects/wp-plugins/poll-maker/stable/sv/default/?filters%5Bterm%5D=see+results&filters%5Bterm_scope%5D=scope_any&filters%5Bstatus%5D=current_or_waiting_or_fuzzy_or_untranslated&filters%5Buser_login%5D=&filter=Apply+Filters&sort%5Bby%5D=original_date_added&sort%5Bhow%5D=desc
it seems as if at least the string “See results” is marked for translation in the plugin’s code (at least 4 times).
However: In order for the plugin to get prepared for translation by the community, the text-domain all over the plugin should be changed to be the same as the plugin slug: “poll-maker”.
All that ↑ is probably mostly aimed at the plugin developer.
Now a couple of words to @belair
Right now, if you want to translate those missing strings, you’d have to scan the code for all translatable strings. This may be done, for instance by downloading the plugin and scanning it with poedit. I think poedit uses the term “catalog” here.
You might also try and export a .po from WordPress online translation platform and use that as a base. But keep in mind that you’ll probabaly have to correct the text-domain in the po-file. And keep in mind that when you’re using your translation, the important file is the compiled version, named .mo
