Plugin translation to Norwegian

  • Hello,

    I’m pretty new to wordpress, and plugins in general so sorry for the stupid question. I have just downloaded the “Ultimate Member” plugin, and “loco translate” so i can translate the English language to Norwegian.

    What i have issues with is translating the section for password change. In the field i have current password, new password, confirm password. In general loco has helped me to change most of the plugin, but it looks like im missing this part in loco translate. The interesting thing is that the English version has 1 576 files where i can find current password, new password, confirm password. On the other side the Norwegian translation have 1 254 files.

    It looks like there might be an issue here that i cant find a solution to, so all suggestions would be much appreciated.

  • download the latest UM from github then go to

    languages -> ultimate-member-en.po | ultimate-member-en_US.po

    translate via loco (online or via plugin)

    Hello darkfreaks,

    Thank you for responding. I have downloaded and found the files. My host is migrating the site atm so i can access the wordpress files. I will try this suggestion and give update if i resolve the problem.

    I have tried to download the english versions and change file name to nb_NO. It looks like everytime i try to insert a file i get the same amount of missing files:

    Can it be some settings in loco?

    Better yet, do you have a Norwegian languish file ready?
