[Plugin: Transpose Email] Some way to use this plugin within site links?

This plugin looks awesome, however I want to have Email listed as a link in the sidebar of my site. Currently the link simply points to mailto://[email protected] which is open to spambots, but apparently WP won’t let me put the Javascript call as the link URL. Any thoughts on how to get around this? Cheers!
