[Plugin: Transposh WordPress Translation] Sharing buttons not showing correct title and link with tr

Hi

I have been using transposh for some time, and really like the plugin. However, I am having problems to make it work with sharebuttons. I have tried many different sharebuttons (JetPack, ShareAholic, Addtoany, Social Sharing Toolkit), but they all seem to not notice whether I am on the danish or the english version of https://www.edidaktik.dk

Whenever i hit the Twitter button on the english version (www.edidaktik.dk/en), it shows the danish title and links to the danish version of the page (www.edidaktik.dk). I have tried setting the language in the post-editor, which gives me this, when clicking the Twitter sharebutton on the english version: “<span lang = https://www.edidaktik.dk/mindmeister-i-undervisningen.html via @edidaktik”.

Am I doing something wrong?
