I installed WCP Contact Form and clicked “Activate.” Doing so generated this:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING or '(' in /home/content/76/6863576/html/wp-content/plugins/wcp-contact-form/wcp-contact-form.php on line 30

    Please advise.

    Hi!
Pls, check Your PHP version. Minimum required PHP version is 5.3.0

    Thank you!

    My hosting service had available:
    PHP 5.2
    PHP 5.3
    PHP 5.4

PHP 5.2 was selected yet, for some reason, they said 5.2 wasn’t actively supported. Why it was selected – or even available, then, makes no sense, of course. But that’s the kind of thing I’ve come to expect from my hosting service.

    I updated to 5.3.

    Thanks again.
