Plugin triggers fatal error on Network Activation

Upgrading the plugin triggered a white screen of death on the admin side (not content side) i.e. 500 error. Moved plugin out of plugin directory to deactivate, upon attempt at reactivation get the message:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Fatal error: Cannot find a library with slug admin-pages/class.jetpack-landing-page. in /path/to/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/require-lib.php on line 35
