PlugIn Troubles

Hi there!

I just registered my blog with Blue Host so that I could install the PlugIn tab in my dashboard. I’m not seeing that tab on my admin panel, however. Which steps should I take to correct this?

I apologize if this is a very rudimentary question, I’m a newbie. I’m trying to export my blog posts to PDF by using a plugins but haven’t been able.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you so much!
