I have found this wonderful plugin: TS Custom Widgets! This plugin allows the webmaster to select which plugins appear on which page. What a wonderful idea.

And this plugin makes the setup so easy. It gives you a list of the pages of your blog — to select on which pages you want the widget to appear.

My problem is, that some of my pages are private pages, and these pages are not listed!!!

How can I use this plugin (or one similar) to have my widget appear on private pages also???

    Please help…

After doing some experimenting, I see that even though I can’t get the widgets to appear on private pages, but I can get the widget to show on private posts.

Is there a logic to this? Even though the private post is not listed amongst the other posts (in the Custom Widget panel of my dashboard), but if I select a category, and this private post is in that category, then the widget appears!

Is there a rhyme or reason?

I also struggle with getting this plugin to work – with the Elegant Grunge theme
