    Hi,

I have installed the latest version of the plugin on top of my WP v4.5.2 but when i go to a page/post and click on the icon – i am just presented with a dropdown box to select a widget and it does not show any add/remove/edit options – its just a plain white ovelay page. I tried deactivating and even re-installing the plugin but am getting the same issue.

    Theme : Customizr
    Widget : Featured Post Widget

    Thanks,
    Shiv

  • Hi Todd, I’m still having trouble. I can now see the whole progress bar, but it still just spins and the settings modal/window never appears.

You asked earlier what plugins I’m using. Well….I am using a LOT. I have a very complex multisite for a non-profit organization. Most of the plugins relate to our buddypress/bbpress community. A lot of them are network activated to create extra functionality for page editing. Many of them are “development helpers” that I toggle off and on.

I realize it could be “any of those” causing a conflict. But at the stage of development I’m in right now, it would be very difficult to test them all.

I will try to find a way to list them all. But if you have any suggestions as to what types of plugins are likely to conflict, that might be a way of narrowing the list.

Sorry I’m not more helpful at this point. I would really like to use this plugin, but I am not in much of a position to test extensively right now. I’ll do the best I can. ??

@kalica, thanks for the response… looks like you do have a complex environment indeed.

As a potential help I can confirm that the last two conflicts I saw related to the widgets that were part of themes or plugins and were ones that were not built through extending WP_Widget (as per the codex). You symptoms don’t match up though sadly, and perhaps you have something that is conflicting with Turbo Widgets attempt to open the modal.

Potentially you could check your browsers dev console to see if there are any JS errors or network errors?
