[Plugin: Tweet Blender] Using template tags works on home page but not others

I found your great plugin from a friend and have activated it but now that I’m using the template tags, I’ve found that on the home page it works great, but even though I have it loading in the footer of the page, any other pages won’t load any tweets. I get this button to reload the tweets “javascript:TB_blend(‘tweetblender-t1’);” but it doesn’t do anything. Is there anything that I need to do to load the javascript if this gets loaded on other pages besides home?
