[Plugin: Tweet Old Post] How is automatically posting tweets supposed to work?

    I have upgraded to the latest version of TOP (4.0.3).
    All works fine except automatically posting does not work as many other people have commentated.

    I wonder if there is some misunderstanding. Does anything have to happen to provoke an Automatic post? A description of how it works would be useful. Do we, for example, need to run a particular version of cron under a particular version of Unix?
